The Ottawa Junior Senators win the Fred Page Cup for the second year in a row with a convincing 9-2 rout of Princeville, the Quebec league champs. Junior Senators now advance to to the RBC Cup,  the national championship.

The St. Louis Blues force a Game 7 with a 4-1 win at Dallas.

The Blue Jackets are one loss away from being eliminated from the playoffs by the Bruins. But Columbus coach John Tortorella said it’s not going to occur on home ice in Game 6. The Jackets host the Bruins tonight with their season on the line and Tortorella is confident his team will force a Game 7 back in Boston.

San Jose is just one win away from making it to the conference finals for the fourth time this decade. The Sharks are in Colorado tonight for Game 6 against the Avalanche with a 3-2 series lead. Sharks captain Joe Pavelski isn’t expected to be ready to play, but is travelling with the team to Denver. He’s been out with an injury all series.

Raptors beat the 76ers 101-96 to even their NBA series at two.  Kawhi Leonard scoring 39 points, including a three-pointer with 61 seconds to play.

What happened to the Blue Jays? They got roughed up 10-2 by the Texas Rangers.

The Blue Jays return home to begin a three-game series against A-L Central-leading Minnesota today. Marcus Stroman gets the start and is hoping to get Toronto back into the win column. The Jays dropped two of three in Texas over the weekend and finished their road trip 1-and-5.

The NASCAR Cup race at Dover International Speedway has been postponed by rain and will be run today at noon Eastern. Dover hasn’t held a Monday race since 2007. Chase Elliott and William Byron made it a 1-2 front row for Hendrick Motorsports. NASCAR tried to start the race but pulled the cars from the track after a handful of pace laps once the rain came again.
