The Stanley Cup Final is going to a Game 7.   Tooka Rask making 28 saves Bruins beat the Blues 5-1 in St. Louis to force a deciding game. That next game goes Wednesday in Boston.

Rory McILroy put on a ‘ clinic ‘ at Hamilton Golf and Country Club shooting a 9-under 61 Sunday to win the R-B-C Canadian Open. Adam Hadwin, top Canadian in sixth place.

Lexi Thompson wins the Shoprite LPGA Classic. Brooke Henderson was 8 shots off tied for 11th.

Defending champion Lewis Hamilton wins the Canadian Grand Prix after   Sebastian Vettel committed yet another error under pressure. Vettel crossed the line first but Hamilton won after a time penalty for Vettel.

Warriors superstar Kevin Durant hit the practice floor Sunday in an effort to determine if he’ll be able to play in Game 6 of the N-B-A Final series against the Raptors tonight.

The Women’s World Cup officially begins for Canada today as Christine Sinclair leads the Canadians into their tournament opener against Cameroon (3 p-m Eastern). Sinclair is on the verge of soccer history. The veteran forward from Burnaby, B-C is just four goals from surpassing retired American Abby Wambach’s world record of 184 international goals.

Canada’s Denis Shapovalov hits the court today at the Mercedes Cup against Germany’s Jan-Lennard Struff. Fellow Canadians Milos Raonic and Felix Auger-Aliassime are also in action at the Stuttgart Open. They open play tomorrow.
